These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Studieven platform operated by Studieven ApS (CVR: 45003965), including related tools, services, content, and any associated software or materials (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, or between 13 and 18 with parental consent, to use our services. By using Studieven, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement.

3. User Responsibilities: You agree to use the platform only for lawful and educational purposes. Misuse of the platform or violation of your institution's academic policies may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Intellectual Property: All content on Studieven is owned by Studieven ApS or its partners. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without permission.

5. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately.

6. Subscriptions and Payments: If you choose a paid subscription, payment is processed via our third-party provider (e.g., Stripe). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

7. Cancellations and Free Access: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. We may offer limited free access to the platform, which we reserve the right to modify or revoke without notice.

8. Platform Use: You may only use the platform for your own educational purposes. You must not attempt to bypass security, share access, or use the platform in any way that could harm others or violate applicable laws.

9. Content and Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you upload. We do not claim rights to your material, nor do we share it with others. Output from the platform is for personal use and not owned by Studieven.

9.1 Score Sharing in Group Courses: By using Studieven, you agree that your personal score data (such as quiz or test results) may be stored and shared within any group courses you are a member of — either by invitation from others or by inviting others yourself. This allows collaborative progress tracking within shared study environments.

10. No Guarantees: While Studieven is designed to support learning, we do not guarantee academic outcomes or exam success.

11. Liability: We are not liable for losses related to platform downtime, lost content, or academic results. Use the platform at your own risk and discretion.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes should first be attempted resolved through our support team. If necessary, disputes will be settled in the City Court of Odense, Denmark.
